The City Council met in special session on August 4, 2010 at 12:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
Mayor Walker presided:
City employee present was Clerk Kennedy.
ELECTION CANVASSING: At this time the Mayor and Councilmembers canvassed the votes of the August 3rd election and proceeded with the Resolution on the canvas of votes.
RESOLUTION NO. 222

The following resolution was introduced by Councilwoman DeHaas who moved for its adoption. Second by Councilman Lorentz.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRANGEVILLE, IDAHO COUNTY, IDAHO, CANVASSING THE RETURNS AND DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE SPECIAL BOND ELECTION HELD ON AUGUST 3, 2010, FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUBMITTING TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE CITY THE QUESTION OF THE ISSUANCE OF SEWER REVENUE BONDS OF THE CITY IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,500,000; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
ROLL CALL VOTE: YES: DeHaas, Houger, Lester, Lorentz, Bentley, Peterson. NO: none. The motion passed. Mayor Walker then declared Resolution No. 222 duly approved and adopted.
