1. Planning and Zoning Appointments: Re-appoint Kevin Asker to a 3 year P&Z term expiring 2/28/21

2. Discussion on food vendor licenses

3. Discussion on the Grangeville Youth Baseball Agreement

4. PW Sidewalk waiver recommendation: Mark & Sally McColloch, 913 N Junction

5. Request from Sts. Peter and Paul Home & School for a donation to Chocolate Fantasy (donation in the past was a family season pool pass)

6. Decision on Clearwater Resource Conservation and Development Council membership

7. Approve new five year copier lease at City Hall

8. Authorize signing of the Professional Services contract with CEDA to develop and write the City’s Comprehensive Plan for $2,500.00 – Tonya

9. Discuss if a fence is necessary on the Inland Cellular tower on the Watershed and if so, give Inland Cellular permission to place a fence on City property

10. Discuss pool donation request to GHS Music Program Auction and future pool donation requests

11. Proclamation declaring February 16, 2018 the 150th birthday of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the United States of America
