4. Approve the Professional Services Contract with Walter M. Steed & Associates for project administration on a Community Development Block Grant ACTION ITEM
5. Approve the audit engagement letter with Zwygart John & Associates for fiscal year ending 9/30/21 for $19,900 ACTION ITEM
