City Council met in special session on July 13, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.

Councilmember absent: Dylan Canaday
City employees present were City Administrator Kennedy, Treasurer Rowland, Chief Newman and Public Works Director Mager.
WAGES: Discussion occurred on COLA’s for those maxed out on the salary scale. The Council decided on 4%. Snowhaven manager was increased to $18/hour. Pool wages as proposed were adopted.
FIRE: The Council approved adding $600 to the Assistant Fire Chief salary and adding an Incident Commander position for $100/weekend.
IDA-LEW: $2,000 was kept in the budget for IDA-Lew.
POOL: It was proposed to increase private lessons to $17.00/half hour.
GARBAGE: The Council chose to increase the City contractor fee by $.20.
REVENUES: The Council decided to use investments to balance General, Street, Library, Recreation, Snowhaven and Medical funds.
