Snowhaven Project Committee Minutes
June 6, 2023 – 5:00 P.M.

Members Present: Wes Lester, Tonya Kennedy, Gabe Forsmann, Scott Wasem
Members Absent: Tara Connolley
Wemhoff Architecture: Rhonda Wemhoff, Jeffrey Arnzen and Griffen Parsells.
The project committee met at city hall before traveling to Snowhaven. Gabe Forsmann provided a tour to the committee and members of Wemhoff Architecture outlining the layout of the lodge.
The committee discussed various ideas for the lodge as listed below.
• Expanding the lodge out on the deck side of the lodge
• Adding accessible bathrooms
• Adding accessible parking
• Adding an area for ski patrol
• Adding space for the rental shop
• Changing the flow for rental shop
• Adding a space for the ticket booth
• Adding outdoor attached storage to the lodge for tubes
• Adding an outdoor deck on the south side
• Remodeling the rental shop area to optimize space
Wemhoff Architecture will send a concept and cost estimate to city hall once completed. The committee will meet again to recommend a plan of action to the Council.
