3. Resolution to adopt the 2025 Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction (ISPWC) and the City of Grangeville Standard Revisions to 2025 ISPWC ACTION ITEM
4. Discuss and amend the Employee Handbook to change the response time for on-call public works and wastewater employees from 30 minutes to 15 minutes. ACTION ITEM
