b. Decision on the request for a 6 month extension to record the final plat for Clearwater Community Development Subdivision No. 1

1. Authorize Mayor to sign the Cooperative Agreement with Idaho Transportation Department to repave Main Street

3. Accept Layne Pump quote for Myrtle Well for $76,330
