Tour: Lake and South A Street – Please park along South A by the playground equipment at Grangeville Elementary School (GEMS). Council will observe the layout of Lake and South A, residential housing and GEMS. Discussion to follow under unfinished business.

Amendments:
Final action cannot be taken on an item added to the agenda after the start of the meeting unless an emergency is declared that requires action at the meeting. The declaration and justification must be approved by motion of the Council.

2. Discuss a proposal for a 15-minute parking zone, one-way parking or other solution on Lake & South A Street, between S B and South 1st
a. Public Comment Period: The public is welcome to provide comments on the parking/traffic issues for Lake & South A Streets. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes.
b. Create a proposal to be discussed at the April 21st meeting ACTION ITEM
3. Discuss charging for fires in the city limits email ACTION ITEM
New Business:
1. Discuss and provide an advisory opinion to the County on proposed materially different use in the area of impact at 14 Grangeville Truck Rte as submitted by Legacy Beef ACTION ITEM This item has been moved to the April 21st agenda.
2. Discuss the proposed Police Dispatch agreement from Idaho County ACTION ITEM
