Grangeville Centennial Library Board Meeting
City Council Chambers-225 W North St.
January 18, 2024 – 5:00 p.m.
Meeting was called to order by Brennan Wright at 5:03 PM. Those present: Betty Nafziger, Bridget Arnzen, Nancy Moser, Heidi Brown and Gina Sobrero. Via phone: Stacy Stone Absent: Dylan Canaday
Minutes: Brennan moved and Betty seconded to approve the board minutes from the last meeting held on November 16, 2023. Motion passed.
Budget Report: Heidi shared current budget report
Library Report: Gina reported on Christmas craft night on December 7th was completely full. Heidi finished the End of year annual report. The library is planning Summer Reading. The theme is Adventure awaits you. Heidi, Teresa, and Gina will be attending a summer reading training which is required for the grant.
Old Business
1. Election of Officers: Recommended officers for 2024 were presented: Betty moved Nancy become President and Bridget seconded. Motion passed. Betty moved Bridget to stay as Vice President and Brennan seconded. Motion passed. Brennan moved Stacy to become Secretary and Nancy seconded. Motion passed.
New Business
1. Review and Amend Strategic Plan no action was taken
