The City Council met in special session on September 27, 2014 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.

City employees present were Public Works Director McFrederick and Larry Greenwalt.
DEQ Representatives were John Cardwell and Daniel Stewart.
The meeting was called to review the Threemile Creek Natural Background Temperature report as completed by Idaho Department of Environmental Quality. John Cardwell and Daniel Stewart provided an overview of the report with the Council and answered questions. The report will be posted to DEQ’s website.
The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
