Grangeville Centennial Library Board Meeting
Council Chambers – 225 W North St.
June 13, 2024 – 5:00 p.m.
Meeting was called to order by Nancy Moser at 5:01 PM. Those present: Bridget Arnzen, Brennan Wright, Stacy Stone, Dylan Canaday, Heidi Brown and Gina Sobrero, and Matt Jessup. Absent: Betty Nafziger
Visitors:
Minutes: Bridget moved and Stacy seconded to approve the board minutes from the last meeting held on March 21, 2024.
Budget Report:
Library Report: Gina reported that 25 vendors have signed up for Art In the Park and a schedule for working was passed around. Gina also reported that Summer Reading has begun. Board member Nancy Moser will help with the activity to tie dye backpacks. Let’s Talk About It was applied for and will hopefully make a return as patrons have missed it.

New Business
1. Discuss and adopt Relocation Policy with Regard to Material Harmful to Minors. Brennan moved to adopt the Relocation Policy with Regard to Material Harmful to Minors, Bridget seconded. Motion passed.
2. Discuss and adopt Relocation of Materials Request with Regard to Material Harmful to Minors. Discussion was held about the title of the policy and the wording; Matt Jessop advised that the title of the policy should match the bill. Brennan moved to adopt the Relocation of Materials Request with Regard to Material Harmful to Minors, Bridget seconded. Motion passed.
3. Discuss and approve Budget 2024-2025. Bridget moved that we approve the Budget for 2024-2025, Brennan seconded. Motion passed.
