Grangeville Centennial Library Board Meeting Minutes
Special Board Meeting
City Council Chambers-225 W North St.
June 27, 2023- 5:00 p.m.
Meeting was called to order by Brennan Wright at 5:05. Those present: Betty Nafziger, Nancy Moser, Bridget Arnzen, Dylan Canaday Heidi Brown and Gina Sobrero.
1. Discuss and possibly adopt a new Collection Development Policy. Gina and Heidi presented the new Collection Development Policy to the board. They researched three local libraries to compile this policy. Discussion was positive. Nancy moved to adopt the Collection Development Policy and Betty seconded. The motion was approved.
2. Adopt a new Patrons Library Card Application. A new Patrons Library Card Application was presented to the board. Discussion again was positive.
Betty moved to accept the new application and Nancy seconded. The motion was approved.
3. Adopt a new Patrons Material Reconsideration Form. The board was presented a copy of a new Patrons Material Reconsideration form. This form will be included with the Grangeville Centennial Library Collection Policy. Betty moved to accept the Patron Material Reconsideration Form. Nancy seconded. The motion was approved.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:48 PM.
