Final action cannot be taken on an item added to the agenda after the start of the meeting unless an emergency is declared that requires action at the meeting. The declaration and justification must be approved by motion of the Council.

2. Terri Schmitz, Grangeville Chamber of Commerce – Request to use Heritage Square for the BBQ contest during the city-wide yard sale on June 6th and to discuss and to receive approval for the Holiday Light Parade and discuss Oktoberfest ACTION ITEM

3. Terry Kohler – Present information on the Rapid Disaster Assessment Program

1. Accept Planning and Zoning Minutes of February 24, 2026 ACTION ITEM

a. Decision on the variance application submitted by Mountain View School District to have a shipping container in Zone A ACTION ITEM

2. Accept Fire Minutes of 1/12/26 and 1/26/26 ACTION ITEM

1. Report on the meeting with Arnzen Construction and decision on the Snowhaven building project ACTION ITEM

New Business:

1. Discuss and adopt ordinance on water meters in mobile home parks, manufactured home parks and RV parks ACTION ITEM

2. Discuss the library concrete project and approve using an aluminum wheelchair ramp at the front and back door in place of concrete ACTION ITEM

3. Discuss and adopt ordinance calling for an election to approve increasing the Avista Franchise fee ACTION ITEM

4. Discuss and adopt ordinance removing the expiration date in Ordinance #972 for the 1% Avista Franchise fee ACTION ITEM
