• Equipment Update
o Rural Commissioners approved the purchasing of a 4-gas meter, Brian will get with Gabe to get them ordered
o Brian tasked Mark with getting an updated radio and pager inventory at the next meeting and to address any issues
o Brian also reported that the foam gelling up is do to the cold, when dumping foam in the engines be careful and do not get any lumps in the tanks

o GEMS Tour
All GFD personnel present walked through the GEMS buildings, guided by Jarred, to get familiarized with the building layouts
Jarred showed everyone the locations of the fire alarm control panels and explained what they will show you
Hydrant locations were assessed
Staging areas were looked at and discussed
All kids will be in the playground field with teachers doing accountability reports
The triangular parking lot across the office will be our point of contact
