Cause of the fire was suspected to be a hydraulic oil leak onto the exhaust
We were very effective on putting the fire out and only used a little water
Insure you have the correct directions to the fire scenes
Always make sure you are situationally aware when on scene and watch for additional hazards
• Training
o Graydon facilitated a discussion on the roles and responsibilities of everyone on the fire grounds and went over GFDs priorities upon arrival.
o Graydon also lead a discussion on our knowledge strengths and areas that we need to improve upon.
