- Charlene Boyer, Syringa Hospital & Clinics – Request to close North Street between N B and N C Streets to public vehicular traffic while maintaining public ownership of the right-of-way and grant Syringa a Revocable License Agreement and Controlled Access for North Street based upon agreed upon conditions
