Meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission held November 23, 2021, 5:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.

The meeting was called to order by Mike Cook at 5:37 p.m.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: On motion by Kevin Asker, second by Dan Gautney to approve the minutes of September 28, 2021 as presented. Motion carried.
MEETING TIME/DATE CHANGE: Discussion among the commission occurred on changing the time to start the meeting. Brian Perry was called via phone to determine if 6:00 p.m. would work for him. On motion by Kevin Asker, second by Lee Spencer to change the meeting time to 6:00 p.m. Motion carried.
NEXT MEETING: The next meeting is January 25, 2022 at 6:00 pm.
