CITY OF GRANGEVILLE RESOLUTION NO. 214
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GRANGEVILLE PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE IN CERTAIN WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT FEES PURSUANT TO GRANGEVILLE CITY CODE SECTION 8-5-3-2.
THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRANGEVILLE HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. That in accordance with Section 63-1311(a), Idaho Code, a public hearing was held on September 8, 2009 to increase certain wastewater treatment plant fees.
Section 2. That the following fees be effective as of October 1, 2009.
Description Current Rate Proposed Rate
Dumping fees for septic waste $.07 per gallon $.10 per gallon
Dumping fees for sludge $.10 per gallon $.10 per gallon
Section 3. All remaining provisions of Section 8-5-3-2 of the Grangeville City Code shall remain in full force and effect.
Pursuant to law, one copy of this Resolution shall be maintained in the office of the City Clerk open to public inspection upon request.
