Training meeting Monday September 13, 2021
Meeting called to order at 1800
- Firemen discussed upcoming events, fire safety at the schools and Trunk and Treat.
- Firemen were dismissed to the gym at the grade school to continue to practice emergency exit from a building with ladder skills. Firemen put on full PPE and air packs.
- Brian directed the firemen to try several different grips and methods with the ladder at a lower height and also at a full height like they would face in a regular fire situation.
- Wrestling mats and other safety measures were utilized to insure fireman’s well being.
