Meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission held October 27, 2020, 5:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.

The meeting was called to order by Mike Cook at 5:35 p.m.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: On motion by Jeff Kutner, second by Brian Perry to approve the minutes of September 22, 2020 as presented. Motion carried.
COMMUNICATION TOWERS: Discussion continued from the last meeting. The commission recommended towers should be no more than 40 feet from the ground level and to add the word private in the definition section under conditional uses.
NEXT MEETING: The next meeting is scheduled for November 24, 2020.
